I'm there to capture the kids pulling funny faces, all the double chin, the grandparents accidentally dozing off, and even the dance floor mishaps. Your Sneak Peek
Post-processing may take a little while, and the speed at which we can deliver the final results depends on our current schedule. We totally get that you're bursting with excitement and would love to shout from the mountaintops that you've found the love of your life! So here's the deal: Within 72 hours (and 1 week during peak season), we'll have the first 10 - 15 preview images ready for you. We'll send them to you through a sneak peek online gallery. And hey, sometimes you might even catch a glimpse of them on our social media page, so you can easily share them with your loved ones and friends. It's all about spreading the joy!

What to expect?
I love delivering every possible image to you, capturing all those precious moments. Now, on the rare occasion that someone asks if I've taken more shots of certain things or people, unfortunately, the answer is likely to be, "That's all I've got." You see, I deliver every possible image that's in focus and not overexposed. If a shot isn't there, chances are it was never taken.

Now, let me tell you about the process after your wedding day. I'll spend days sorting and editing your stunning gallery, adding our signature style to each image.
Your gallery will be filled with vibrant colors, about 90% to 100% of the images, while approximately 10% will be in timeless black and white. Sometimes, a specific photo just looks better in black and white. It could be due to a distracting background or someone wearing bright colors. We want every image to shine its best.

Once the editing mission is complete, you can expect to receive all of your edited wedding photos in digital format, generally within 6 to 10 weeks. Now, it's rare, but during an absolutely crazy peak season, it might take up to 12 weeks. But don't worry, it'll be worth the wait. We're dedicated to delivering a breath-taking collection that you'll treasure for a lifetime. So go ahead, pour yourself a glass of wine and relax!

Your Something Physical
If your package includes a USB pack, get ready for a delightful surprise! Your entire collection of images will be neatly stored in a charming crystal or wooden USB stick. This exquisite USB stick will come packaged in a Lovely sustainable hand wrap cloth, inspired by the art of traditional Japanese gift wrapping known as Furoshiki.
This beautiful gift will be sent straight to your home address. You can expect its arrival within 1 to 2 weeks for (UK) and 4 weeks or more for international address, depending on the efficiency of the postal service. It's like receiving a special present that holds your precious memories, ready to be cherished for years to come.
So, keep an eye out for that eagerly awaited delivery! Soon, you'll have the USB pack in your hands, filled with stunning images, and beautifully presented in a sustainable and elegant package. It's all part of our commitment to providing you with a truly delightful experience.

Some back up advice
Oh, how technology keeps marching forward! Remember floppy disks? Good times! Now, here's a friendly suggestion: I highly recommend backing up these gorgeous memories to cloud storage systems like Google Photos, Drive, or iCloud. It's always a great idea to have multiple copies, so consider storing them in at least two additional places, just in case your USB or SD card decides to act up. We want to make sure these precious memories are safe and sound!

Speaking of safety, let's talk about your online gallery. It's a fantastic way to access your photos, but keep in mind that it won't be there forever. It'll stay active for a generous three months, allowing you ample time to download all the precious moments. After that, it will be deactivated to make room for new galleries. So, make sure to grab those memories while the gallery is still up and running! Remember, the key is to safeguard those beautiful photos and ensure they stay with you for a lifetime. So, let's embrace the wonders of modern technology and give those memories the love and care they deserve.

Your online gallery
Your Pic Time Gallery will be organized into distinct sections based on the different parts of the day, making it easier for you to locate specific images. However, please note that if you opted for an intimate elopement with coverage of fewer than 5 hours, your gallery will not be divided into sections.
To download your entire gallery to your computer, simply click on the download icon (a downward facing arrow) located at the top right corner of your gallery. Alternatively, you can download individual images directly to your phone by clicking on the desired images and finding the download icon below each specific image. Your gallery will remain available for download for a period of 3 months from the date the email was sent. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you download your gallery and save the files in multiple locations to ensure their safety. Consider backing them up on two other platforms, such as your computer and a cloud storage service like Google Photos, Google Drive, or iCloud.

Copyright, Tagging and Social Media
You will get the full print right release from us. This Release gives our clients the right to reproduce and print high- resolution images for personal use. This mean our client can freely use the images from their wedding or photo sessions for their personal use, including but not limited to print and social media, as they see fit. This license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: stock photography, print sale profits or resale of any nature. We encourage you not to alter, edit or change images which includes but is not limited to photo editing apps and filters such as Instagram.

Copyright of images will remain with the Photographer/ Videographer under UK Photography law. The photographer (Phavinee Klongjing) reserves all the right to choose which photographs will display on PKay Bridal website and social media unless agreed prior to booking.

Can my wedding suppliers use your images?
Of course they can, for third party usage whether they are your florist, makeup artist or venue, I'm completely happy for them to do so as it's take team to make wedding. They are allowed to share your wedding images as long as they happy to tag us. If you have already provide me with their IG link in your wedding details questionnaire, I'll be in touch with your suppliers and will send them a link to your Highlight gallery/ sneak peek gallery.

****Please let your suppliers know that, if they would like some images from your gallery to either publish on their social media/ website/ marketing etc. They will have to contact me (Photographer) directly, that way I can add your suppliers to your gallery link. They will received better quality images and most importantly I can tell them not to screenshot or put filer on top of this master piece.***

As for magazine or third party blog publishing or submission, client/ vendors/ suppliers /models must notify the photographer before submission, and until the permission is granted client/ vendors/ suppliers /models do not have photographer consent to do so. If you need any help for magazine submission please let us know we are happy to help.

The Alblums
While having digital images is wonderful, there is also great value in preserving your beautiful story in print as a cherished keepsake. The decision to have a photo album is entirely up to you, but it can serve as a wonderful thank-you gift for parents or grandparents, or simply be kept on display by the coffee table. However, please note that depending on our schedule, there may be an additional lead time for this option.

Some of my photography packages include an album, but if your package does not, you have the option to add it on either before or after your wedding. There are two ways to go about this.
​
The first option is to create and order the album through your Pic Time gallery. If you choose to order anything from the Pic Time shop, please be aware that I have no affiliation with it. I do not set the prices nor have visibility into the product before it is sent to you.
​
Alternatively, if you prefer not to handle the design process yourself, we can offer to take care of it for you. We offer various types of luxury flat-lay albums starting at £300.00. If you're interested, please contact us for an album brochure.
Here's how the process works: You can select 50 of your favorite images from your online gallery by clicking on the heart symbol to shortlist them as your favorites. We will handle the rest. The album will be designed by me, and then I will provide you with a proof for your approval. Once approved, it will be sent for production at the print house. After checking the print quality, I will wrap it up and send it to the address you provided in your booking form.
