This Release gives the vendors/ suppliers /models who participate in photoshoot location and date state above section, the right to reproduce and print high- resolution images for personal use.
I _ Phavinee Klongjing (PKay Bridal/ PKay Trubger)___ agree to allow photos taken at the styled shoot to be used by all named vendors/supplier/model can freely use the images from this sessions to update their portfolio, website, blog, social media portfolio as they see fit. All vendors/ suppliers /models must be named/tagged/mentioned wherever images are used, with the correct photographer credited. As for magazine or third party blog publishing or submission, client/ vendors/ suppliers /models must notify me (the photographer) before submission, and until the permission is granted client/ vendors/ suppliers /models do not have photographer consent to do so.
This license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: stock photography, print sale profits or resale of any nature.
You may not under any circumstances alter, edit or change images which includes but is not limited to photo editing apps and filters such as Instagram.
Copyright of images will remain with the photographer/ Videographer under UK Photography law. The photographer (Phavinee Klongjing) reserves all the right to choose which photographs will display on PKay Bridal website and social media.
By using any of these images you agree to the above terms.

by PKay Trubger Photography Terms and Conditions for TFP
Attendance
In the unlikely event that the by PKay Trubger Photography team is unable to complete the coverage due to unforeseen circumstances, by PKay Trubger Photography reserves the right to appoint another Hair stylist, Makeup Artist or photographer to attend on his/her behalf to undertake the services. If we cannot find the replacement team your money will be fully refund - excluded monies paid for works which have already been carried out (e.g. engagement photo session etc).
Exclusive Photographer Agreement:
By hiring PKay Trubger as the main Photographer/Videographer team, it is agreed that no other photographer/videographer, whether amateur or professional, aside from those employed by PKay Trubger or hired by PKay Trubger, shall be permitted to photograph/film at the wedding while the PKay Trubger team is on duty. Any violation of this agreement shall constitute grounds for termination of the contracted work without liability to the PKay Trubger team and forfeiture of the Reservation Deposit by the Client.
The PKay Trubger team shall serve exclusively as the retained photographers/videographers for the purpose of documenting the wedding and any other contracted event(s). Family and friends of the Client may take photographs during the wedding, provided they do not disrupt the PKay Trubger team's duties by obstructing the photographer's line of sight or movement.
Guests will be kindly requested to refrain from using flash photography at specific intervals during the event to ensure optimal exposure of images. It is understood that the photographer will act as the sole and exclusive wedding photographer. The Client acknowledges that the photographer will not be held responsible for any missed shots resulting from interference caused by guest photography, as flashes from guest cameras may compromise the quality of images captured by the photographer.
Photography
By confirming your booking with us, you agree that by PKay Trubger Photography may use any photography for publicity purposes which includes, but not limited to, our website and social media pages. This includes photographs taken by by PKay Trubger Photography and photographs taken by your professional photographer.

The client can freely use the images from these sessions for their personal use, and social media, as they see fit with (by PKay Trubger Photography credited).

The client agrees to grant permission to by PKay Trubger Photography to use photographs taken of the client for use on social media, website and/or portfolios. the client hereby waives any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to the client or unknown, and the client waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photograph. The photographer (by PKay Trubger Photography, Phavinee Klongjing) reserves all the rights to choose which photographs will display on by PKay Trubger Photography website and social media. This includes photographs taken by PKay Trubger Photography and photographs taken by your professional photographer. All photographs will be supplied Online in digital form unless agreed otherwise.
**If the clients do not want their images to be displayed on by PKay Trubger Photography website, social media etc, they can purchase the full rights to their images from the photographer at an agreed price, but please mention this before you sign your contract. **
Please be advised that each photographer possesses their own distinct working style and approach, which is shaped by their personal experiences. Our responsibility lies in providing documentary-style services that capture the natural unfolding of your wedding day. While we strive to accommodate your specific shot requests and preferences, it is crucial to acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of every requested shot. In the event that a particular shot is not achieved, missed, or not taken, or if your family does not appear smiling or happy, we cannot be held accountable for any resulting dissatisfaction or adverse outcomes. Our prices are transparently presented and communicated to you prior to your commitment. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the stated prices. We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided, regardless of any perceived dissatisfaction with the outcome.
Creative Licence. The client acknowledge and agreeing to grant the photographer, the creative freedom to capture an artistic representation of their day as the photographers choose, understanding that no two events will look the same and that by PKay Trubger Photography's photographic style is constantly evolving. The Photographers style is largely reportage based. Please be advised that each photographer possesses their own distinct working style and approach, which is shaped by their personal experiences. Artistic and creativity licence is at the discretion of the photographer. Therefore we do not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement. Please also note that the number of photographs is also impacted by weather conditions and the willingness of subjects. The Photographers shall be granted artistic licence in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used. The Photographers judgement regarding the location, poses and number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct. Photographs taken during the course of a booking will be at the discretion of The Photographers although best endeavours will be made to comply with The Couples requirements. The Photographers shall endeavour to photograph all subject matter as requested by The Couple during the booking, but no responsibility will be taken by The Photographers should the subject matter not be available or willing at the time of the booking, or due to other factors such as available time and/or location of the subject matter or The Photographer(s). The Photographers movements are sometimes restricted due to, for example but not necessarily limited to, infrastructure, highways, weather, private property, obstacles (fixed and mobile), security, local law enforcement, emergency services and instructions from The Couple. The area from which The Photographers are able to cover the booking may not be The Photographers choice and The Photographers cannot accept responsibility for any obstructed view should this be the case. Our responsibility lies in providing documentary-style services that capture the natural unfolding of your wedding day. While we strive to accommodate your specific shot requests and preferences, it is crucial to acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the fulfilment of every requested shot. In the event that a particular shot is not achieved, missed, or not taken, or if your family does not appear smiling or happy, we cannot be held accountable for any resulting dissatisfaction or adverse outcomes. The Photographers shall endeavour to capture all the moments throughout the day as they occur, however, because of the dynamic nature of events, some moments might not be recorded. Our prices are transparently presented and communicated to you prior to your commitment. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the stated prices. We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided, regardless of any perceived dissatisfaction with the outcome.
All images provided by by PKay Trubger Photography come with Standard Editing, which includes Bride and groom light skin retouch and some exist sign removal, as well as color grading. We hold great respect for our clients' natural beauty, recognizing that it comes in all shapes and sizes. As a matter of principle, we refrain from altering body shape, size, making adjustments to double chins, engaging in background replacement, or performing object or people removal. We firmly believe that these elements are an integral part of your unique story and should be preserved as they were captured in the moment. As a professional photographer, our goal is to faithfully document and capture the essence of your special day and moments as they unfold naturally. Should you desire services such as body slimming, object or people removal, or any other extensive retouching, we are happy to offer recommendations for skilled professional retouchers. However, it is essential to note that in such cases, you will be solely responsible for contacting them directly and covering any associated costs.
It is important to acknowledge that by PKay Trubger Photography cannot guarantee the specific results or outcomes that may arise from third-party retouching services. We have no prior experience or association with these retouchers, and therefore, we cannot be held liable for any unsatisfactory results or dissatisfaction arising from such services.
**Artistic Style and Image Editing Clause**
The Client acknowledges that they have reviewed the photographer's portfolio, website, and social media channels, and are familiar with the photographic style and artistic approach of PKay Trubger Photography. The Client understands and agrees that all images provided will be edited and processed consistent with the photographer's established artistic style.
PKay Trubger Photography will not alter or manipulate images beyond the scope of this artistic style, which includes but is not limited to color grading, exposure adjustments, and other creative edits. The Client agrees that by signing this agreement, they accept the photographer's artistic vision and understand that no additional edits or re-edits outside of the photographer's style will be provided.
This clause is intended to maintain the integrity of the photographer's work as an artist, and no refunds or re-edits will be granted for differences in artistic interpretation.
When will my photos be ready to download?
Post process can take some time and how fast we can turn over the finished result depends on our current schedule. For full-day wedding package the first 15 preview images will be ready within 72 hrs - 1 week on our social media page for you to share with your friends and families, so keep an eye out for our Instagram or Facebook feed.
All of your wedding photos will be ready between 6 -10 weeks
Photos from a short coverage Photoshoot session will be ready between 2 - 6 weeks
Within 72 hours after your Lifestyle/ Photoshoot you will receive a link to your gallery contains a set of unedited, low quality images with watermark on them. You will not be able to download this. You can choose certain amount of images (depends on package purchase) of your choice to be edit. Once you made your selection, I will spend sometime editing them, you will receive your final edit images around 2 - 6 weeks after that. It will be watermark free and you will be able to download high resolution images straight from there.
Download you images
The link to your online gallery will be sent to the email address that you submitted in your booking form. You will be able to download your photos directly from your online gallery. Within your gallery you will find the download option on the top right of your gallery. You will receive download notification via email when the files are ready for you to download. Your gallery will be available for you to download for up to 3 months (depending on package as some only for 1 month) from the date the email was sent. So we would recommend downloading your gallery and saving files in multiple places for safe keeping.
After your gallery expires, If you would like us to reactivate your gallery or resend you an additional USB this will incur a £75 reactivation/additional USB fee, which the client will have to pay for the fee upfront via bank transfer.
The complete wedding gallery or individual wedding photographs shall be retained in our system for a period of two years. by PKay Trubger Photography provides USB sticks (which have been purchased or includes in our photography package) in fully operational condition. However, given the inherent nature of technology, we cannot be held liable or provide any warranty for potential technological failures occurring after the physical product has been delivered. We have created an aftercare advice page outlining various backup recommendations. Upon delivery of the gallery, the client acknowledges and agrees that it is their responsibility to promptly download and backup their wedding gallery. After a two-year period, the data storage constraint has concluded. PKay Trubger Photography is hereby released from any liability pertaining to the storage, loss, or provision of your wedding photos. By signing and agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth by PKay Trubger Photography, the client acknowledges and agrees to waive any legal charges and responsibilities previously held by PKay Trubger Photography, including but not limited to loss, data storage, and provision of wedding photos, following the expiration of the two-year period.
Sharing, Watermarking and Editing
These are your images, we hope you love them as much as we do and cannot wait to share it with your Friends, families and loved ones. All we ask is for some type of credit when you use our images on social media. We always encourage our clients not to re-edit their images e.g. filter etc. When it comes to watermarking - for photoshoot and mini photo session where the number of images are limited depending on package purchases, watermarking will be visible when you view your gallery, but don't worry once you select your favourite images into your cart, your purchased Hi-resolution downloads will be watermark free. As for weddings - watermarking only applies on web and social media sharing size images but your Hi-resolution downloads are watermark free.
Can my wedding suppliers use your images?
Of course they can, for third party usage whether they are your florist, makeup artist or venue, I'm completely happy for them to do so as it's take team to make wedding. They are allowed to share your wedding images. If you have already provide me with their IG link in your wedding details questionnaire, I be in touch with them and will send them a link to your Highlight gallery/ sneak peek gallery.
****Please let your suppliers know that, if they would like some images from your gallery to either publish on their social media/ website/ marketing etc. They will have to contact me (Photographer) directly, that way I can add your suppliers to your gallery link. They will received better quality images and most importantly I can tell them not to screenshot or put filer on top of this master piece.***
Limitation of liability
by PKay Trubger Photography recommended that you take out wedding insurance. by PKay Trubger Photography shall have no liability for any third party (product or service) whatsoever, regardless of cause, even if it has been recommended by us. In the case of unsatisfactory outcome of your wedding photography, by PKay Trubger Photography will not be liable to any client unsatisfactory compensation. We will not be liable to give our client any refund due to unsatisfactory outcome for the work we have already carried out.
Acceptance
I am 18 years of age,or older, and I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing and agree to hire by PKay Trubger Photography as my photographer, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to signing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release.
