If you could provide food for us this would be really awesome. Please note that if the meal is not provide by our client, we will have to leave your wedding site temporary to find ourself some food. We honestly don't expect 3 courses meal, we need food to keep our energy up as we will be with you all day. Venue often have a menu for supplier which are relatively cheaper than guest meal if you request.

I grant permission to the below named photographers to use photographs taken of me on the date and at the location listed above and below for use on publishing, marketing material, blog submission, social media, website and/or portfolios.
I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photograph. The photographer (Phavinee Klongjing) reserves all the right to full utilization of all images and to choose which photographs will display on PKay Bridal website, blog, publishing and marketing material, social media includes but not limited to blog and magazine submission.
I am 18 years of age or older and I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to signing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release.

This Release gives the vendors/ suppliers /models who participate in photoshoot location and date state above section, the right to reproduce and print high- resolution images for personal use.
I _ Phavinee Klongjing (PKay Bridal/ PKay Trubger)___ agree to allow photos taken at the styled shoot to be used by all named vendors/supplier/model can freely use the images from this sessions to update their portfolio, website, blog, social media portfolio as they see fit. All vendors/ suppliers /models must be named/tagged/mentioned wherever images are used, with the correct photographer credited. As for magazine or third party blog publishing or submission, client/ vendors/ suppliers /models must notify me (the photographer) before submission, and until the permission is granted client/ vendors/ suppliers /models do not have photographer consent to do so.
This license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: stock photography, print sale profits or resale of any nature.
You may not under any circumstances alter, edit or change images which includes but is not limited to photo editing apps and filters such as Instagram.
Copyright of images will remain with the photographer/ Videographer under UK Photography law. The photographer (Phavinee Klongjing) reserves all the right to choose which photographs will display on PKay Trubger website and social media.
By using any of these images/ video footage you agree to the above terms.

Creative Licence.
The client/model acknowledge and agreeing to grant the photographer, the creative freedom to capture an artistic representation of their day as the photographers choose, understanding that no two events will look the same and that by PKay Trubger Photography's photographic style is constantly evolving. The Photographers style is largely reportage based. Please be advised that each photographer possesses their own distinct working style and approach, which is shaped by their personal experiences. Artistic and creativity licence is at the discretion of the photographer. Therefore we do not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement. Please also note that the number of photographs is also impacted by weather conditions and the willingness of subjects. The Photographers shall be granted artistic licence in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used. The Photographers judgement regarding the location, poses and number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct. Photographs taken during the course of a booking will be at the discretion of The Photographers although best endeavours will be made to comply with The Couples requirements. The Photographers shall endeavour to photograph all subject matter as requested by The Couple during the booking, but no responsibility will be taken by The Photographers should the subject matter not be available or willing at the time of the booking, or due to other factors such as available time and/or location of the subject matter or The Photographer(s). The Photographers movements are sometimes restricted due to, for example but not necessarily limited to, infrastructure, highways, weather, private property, obstacles (fixed and mobile), security, local law enforcement, emergency services and instructions from The Couple. The area from which The Photographers are able to cover the booking may not be The Photographers choice and The Photographers cannot accept responsibility for any obstructed view should this be the case. Our responsibility lies in providing documentary-style services that capture the natural unfolding of your wedding day. While we strive to accommodate your specific shot requests and preferences, it is crucial to acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the fulfilment of every requested shot. In the event that a particular shot is not achieved, missed, or not taken, or if your family does not appear smiling or happy, we cannot be held accountable for any resulting dissatisfaction or adverse outcomes. The Photographers shall endeavour to capture all the moments throughout the day as they occur, however, because of the dynamic nature of events, some moments might not be recorded. Our prices are transparently presented and communicated to you prior to your commitment. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the stated prices. We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided, regardless of any perceived dissatisfaction with the outcome.
All images provided by by PKay Trubger Photography come with Standard Editing, which includes light skin retouch and some exist sign removal, as well as color grading. We hold great respect for our clients' natural beauty, recognizing that it comes in all shapes and sizes. As a matter of principle, we refrain from altering body shape, size, making adjustments to double chins, engaging in background replacement, or performing object or people removal. We firmly believe that these elements are an integral part of your unique story and should be preserved as they were captured in the moment. As a professional photographer, our goal is to faithfully document and capture the essence of your special day and moments as they unfold naturally. Should you desire services such as body slimming, object or people removal, or any other extensive retouching, we are happy to offer recommendations for skilled professional retouchers. However, it is essential to note that in such cases, you will be solely responsible for contacting them directly and covering any associated costs.
It is important to acknowledge that by PKay Trubger Photography cannot guarantee the specific results or outcomes that may arise from third-party retouching services. We have no prior experience or association with these retouchers, and therefore, we cannot be held liable for any unsatisfactory results or dissatisfaction arising from such services.
**Artistic Style and Image Editing Clause**
The Client acknowledges that they have reviewed the photographer's portfolio, website, and social media channels, and are familiar with the photographic style and artistic approach of PKay Trubger Photography. The Client understands and agrees that all images provided will be edited and processed consistent with the photographer's established artistic style.
PKay Trubger Photography will not alter or manipulate images beyond the scope of this artistic style, which includes but is not limited to color grading, exposure adjustments, and other creative edits. The Client agrees that by signing this agreement, they accept the photographer's artistic vision and understand that no additional edits or re-edits outside of the photographer's style will be provided.
This clause is intended to maintain the integrity of the photographer's work as an artist, and no refunds or re-edits will be granted for differences in artistic interpretation.
Image Usage & Takedown Requests
By participating in this TFP session, the model grants the photographer full permission to use the images from the session for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes, both online and in print. Should the model request removal of any images after delivery and/or public sharing, the photographer reserves the right to charge a fee equivalent to the standard session rate, studio fee and editing services, as such a request constitutes a breach of the agreed TFP terms. The purpose of a TFP session is mutual benefit and promotion. Revoking image use after the session undermines the original agreement. Therefore, unless there are legal or privacy-related concerns (e.g., sensitive or inappropriate use), takedown requests are not guaranteed and may incur fees.
Delivery and Storage of Images
PKay Trubger Photography shall provide the TFP Client/model with only the final edited digital files in JPEG format. Under no circumstances shall PKay Trubger Photography provide unedited RAW files.
Gallery Delivery
a. Photoshoot galleries will be delivered within 2 to 8 weeks from the session date.
b. Client/model for TFP session will received minimum of 10 images from session.
Gallery Access and Download Period
a. Online galleries will be available for download for a period of 1 week to 3 months, depending on the length of your session.
b. Once the gallery expires, reactivation or re-uploading of the gallery will incur a fee. The reactivated gallery will remain live for an additional 1 months.
c. If an extension beyond this period is required, a charge of £10 per month will apply.
Image Storage Policy
a. RAW image files will be retained for a period of 3 months from the date of the event or session.
b. Final edited images will be stored for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
c. Beyond these timeframes, PKay Trubger Photography is not liable for the storage, retrieval, or continued availability of any images.
USB Delivery and Liability
a. Due to the inherent nature of digital technology, PKay Trubger Photography is not responsible for the long-term functionality, potential failures, or lifespan of digital media after delivery.
b. PKay Trubger Photography is not liable for any future changes in digital technology, software, or media readers that may render USB sticks unreadable. It is the client's responsibility to transfer and back up digital files to alternative storage as necessary.
Client/Model/ Suppliers Responsibility for Image Backup
a. Upon delivery of the digital files via the online gallery, the client acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to promptly download, back up, and protect their images.
b. An aftercare advice page is available with backup recommendations to assist clients in preserving their files.
Limitation of Liability
a. After the one-year storage period has elapsed, PKay Trubger Photography is released from any liability regarding the storage, loss, or provision of images.
b. By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to waive any claims or legal action against PKay Trubger Photography relating to the loss, data storage, or provision of wedding or photoshoot images following the expiration of the agreed-upon storage period.
