Securing Your Booking
All bookings with PKay Trubger Content Creator are accepted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. A booking will only be deemed confirmed and secured upon receipt of a non-refundable reservation fee and the completion of the required booking documentation. Until these conditions are satisfied, the date remains open and may be offered to other clients without notice.
The following reservation fee structure applies:

40% of the total fee is required for weddings and events within the United Kingdom.
-
50% of the total fee is required for destination weddings and events, in addition to any applicable travel and accommodation costs, which must be paid in advance.
-
100% of the total fee is required for last-minute bookings, defined as any event scheduled to take place within six (6) weeks of the booking date.
Please be advised that quotes, proposals, or enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking. A reservation is only secured upon:

Receipt and clearance of the applicable reservation fee.
-
Completion and signing of the official PKay Trubger Content Creator Booking Agreement.
-
Written confirmation from PKay Trubger Content Creator via email, message, or other formal communication.
For branding, lifestyle, or photoshoot sessions, the full session fee is due at the time of booking and must be cleared before the booking can be confirmed.
Payment Terms

Payment Method
All payments must be made via bank transfer only, unless otherwise agreed in writing by PKay Trubger Content Creator ("the Content Creator").

Deposit and Refund Policy
All deposits and payments made are strictly non-refundable. However, payments may be transferred to the same client under specific conditions, subject to the discretion and written approval of the Content Creator.

Rescheduling Policy
-
Clients are entitled to one complimentary reschedule to a new date, subject to availability.
-
In the event of a reschedule, if the current service rate has increased since the original booking date, the Client will be required to sign a new agreement and shall be charged at the current prevailing rate at the time of the reschedule.
-
A second reschedule will incur a £350 administrative fee to secure the new date.
-
Non-Transferability
This Agreement and the associated booking are non-transferable. The Client may not assign, transfer, or substitute the appointment to any third party, including but not limited to friends, family members, or other individuals.

Cancellation After Rescheduling
If a rescheduled appointment is subsequently cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited in full, and no further compensation shall be provided.

Final Payment Deadline
All remaining balances must be paid in full no later than six (6) weeks prior to the wedding or event date.

Late Payment Consequences
-
A 20% daily interest charge will be applied to all outstanding balances not paid by the due date.
-
If the Client fails to make full payment within the required timeframe, the Content Creator reserves the right to cancel the booking and withhold all services.
-
In such cases, the Client will forfeit all rights to receive any content, including but not limited to digital files, social media clips, or final deliverables, and the Content Creator shall have no further obligations to perform under this Agreement.
All balances must be cleared and fully paid no later than six (6) weeks prior to the wedding or photoshoot date. Failure to make timely payments will result in the following:

A 20% interest charge per day on outstanding balances.

If full payment is not received the Photographer reserves the right to cancel the booking and withhold services. The Photographer shall not be obligated to attend or perform any services on the day of the booking. The client will forfeit any rights to receive digital files, physical photographs, or final products associated with the service.
Coverage
PKay Trubger Content Creator offers services within the United Kingdom and internationally. Wedding content creation coverage is continuous and cannot be split or divided. All packages, including coverage details, must be agreed upon in advance between the Client and the Content Creator.
Engagement and pre-wedding content creation sessions are typically conducted Monday through Friday within a 20-mile radius of Bishops Stortford. Any locations beyond this radius may incur additional travel charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
Family content creation sessions are available for up to five (5) family members. An additional charge of £50 per person will apply for any additional family members beyond the initial five.
Attendance
In the event that PKay Trubger Content Creator is unable to attend the scheduled wedding or content creation session due to unforeseen circumstances, the Content Creator may appoint a replacement team (e.g., content creators, videographers, assistants). If a replacement team cannot be secured, the Client will be refunded the remaining balance, excluding payments for services already rendered (such as engagement sessions or any non-refundable fees).
Please note, administrative fees and welcome pack charges will still apply in such cases. PKay Trubger Content Creator will not be liable for any compensation related to time lost or any services provided by other vendors or individuals in the absence of the Content Creator.
Rest Breaks and Meal Provision for PKay Trubger Content Creator Team

For bookings or contracts where the total duration exceeds 6 hours, it is a mandatory requirement that the PKay Trubger Content Creator team is provided with a meal. The team’s rest break is incorporated into the content creation services package and must be scheduled within the working hours specified in the content creation contract.

As the Content Creator team typically refrains from filming or capturing guests during their meal period, we will take our rest break and meal during the Client’s designated sit-down meal time. We request that the Client coordinate and confirm the timing of speeches and key events prior to the wedding day to ensure that the team’s break does not overlap with critical moments, such as speeches or formal announcements.

In the event that the Content Creator team is stationed at a location distant from the reception area, the Client and/or the venue are responsible for notifying the team when speeches or other significant events are about to begin.

The PKay Trubger Content Creator team does not require a gourmet meal; however, we request a substantial meal that will sustain the team throughout the event. Some venues may include vendor meals as part of their catering packages; we recommend confirming this provision with the venue in advance.

Should the Client fail to provide a meal for the team, the Content Creator team reserves the right to temporarily leave the wedding site for up to 2 hours in order to obtain food independently.

In compliance with UK Employment Law, workers are entitled to one uninterrupted 20-minute rest break if they work for more than 6 hours in a day. This rest break must be taken at a reasonable point during the working day, ideally midway through the event, and not at the beginning or end of the working hours.
Harassment and Inappropriate Conduct Policy
PKay Trubger Content Creator maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, unprofessional, or inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to:

Physical or verbal harassment, threats, or intimidation.

Discriminatory or derogatory comments.
-
Unwelcome advances or inappropriate touching.
-
Actions compromising the safety, dignity, or well-being of the Photographer or team members.
The Photographer & Content Creator reserves the right to leave the premises immediately if subjected to such behavior. In such cases:

The client forfeits any right to a refund or compensation.
-
Full payment remains due.
-
The Photographer shall not be liable for missed coverage or delays resulting from the premature departure.
By booking PKay Trubger Content Creator, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
This clause is designed to protect the safety, professionalism, and integrity of my work and will be upheld to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Travel Expenses
A travel fee of £0.50 per mile (round trip) applies for travel to the venue. Additional charges for congestion, parking, and long-distance travel exceeding 1.5 hours from CM23 4EF may apply. For international bookings, the client is responsible for covering accommodation, flights, and transportation for the Content Creator and team. Cancellations
In the event that the client chooses not to proceed with the booking after completion of the reservation process, clients may cancel their booking at any time. However, reservation fees and payments made are non-refundable and will be forfeited.
. The following cancellation terms apply:

Within six (6) months: 50% of the package cost is due.

Within three (3) months: 75% of the package cost is due.

Within six (6) weeks: 100% of the package cost is due.
-
For round trips of over 80 miles, if you cancel or postpone your wedding and If by PKay Trubger Content Creator has already booked flights & accommodations in order to fulfil your Wedding day booking, the client is responsible to cover the cost of PKay Trubger’s flight & accommodation in full.

If PKay Trubger Content Creator has previously conducted a venue visit, rehearsal, or face-to-face consultation with the client, and the client decides to cancel our services for any reason, the client shall be charged a fee of £200 per hour for the venue visit, rehearsal, or face-to-face consultation. Additionally, travel expenses related to the venue visit, rehearsal, or face-to-face consultation shall apply, along with any applicable administration and cancellation fees.

For photoshoots and lifestyle sessions, cancellations within 72 hours result in a loss of payment. Cancellations with one (1) week’s notice may qualify for a 50% refund of the non-refundable booking fee.

If a Force Majeure event (e.g., pandemic, lockdown) causes a wedding postponement, clients may reschedule. Additional travel costs may apply for a new venue. If the Content Creator cannot accommodate the new date, a replacement team will be offered. Refusal of the replacement team nullifies any refund obligations by PKay Trubger Content Creator. All terms and conditions apply.

We reserve the right to charge up to £350 for administrative, welcome pack and reservation costs in addition to your cancellation fee. All deposits and payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to the same client under specific conditions.

The contract, reservation fee and appointment cannot be transferred to a third party, including friends, family members, or another client. will be forfeited.
Wedding Date Change Policy

Clients are entitled to one complimentary rescheduling of the wedding content creation services to a new date, subject to availability.
-
In the event of a change to the scheduled wedding date, the Client is required to consult with and obtain approval from PKay Trubger Content Creator before making any arrangements for the new date. If the Client wishes to reschedule or transfer their wedding date, they must first complete and sign a cancellation agreement for the existing contract. The rescheduling process may only proceed once the cancellation has been finalized and a new date has been mutually agreed upon. Following this, the Client is required to complete and sign a new booking form for the revised date. All terms and conditions of the original agreement shall remain in effect unless otherwise specified.

If PKay Trubger Content Creator is unable to accommodate the Client's new wedding date, an associate Content Creator team will be assigned as replacements. Should the Client decline the assigned associate team or choose to cancel the revised booking, PKay Trubger Content Creator shall not be obligated to issue any refunds for payments made up to the cancellation date. However, the Client will not be liable for any further payments beyond what has already been paid.

In the event that the Client has selected a new wedding date but later decides to cancel, any deposit or booking fee paid will be non-refundable.

If the Client selects a new wedding date without prior consultation with PKay Trubger Content Creator, the Client acknowledges and agrees that, in the event PKay Trubger Content Creator is unable to provide services on the newly selected date, all deposits, booking fees, and reservation fees paid up to that point shall be forfeited. Furthermore, PKay Trubger Content Creator shall not be held liable or responsible for securing a replacement content creation team or providing services on the new wedding date.

Exclusive Content Creator Agreement
By entering into this agreement, the Client agrees that PKay Trubger Content Creator shall be the sole and exclusive professional content creation service retained to document the wedding and any other event(s) as specified in the contract. During the event, no other professional or amateur content creators, including but not limited to guests or hired vendors, may provide content creation services while PKay Trubger Content Creator is on duty. Any violation of this clause may result in the immediate termination of services without liability, and the Client shall forfeit any reservation deposit or fees paid.
Guests, family members, and friends of the Client are permitted to take personal photographs or film during the event, provided they do not interfere with the content creator’s work. The Client agrees to ensure that guests do not obstruct the content creator's line of sight or movement. Additionally, the Client acknowledges that guests may be requested to refrain from using flash photography at certain times to preserve the integrity of the images.
The Client further acknowledges that PKay Trubger Content Creator is not liable for any missed or compromised shots resulting from obstructions or interference caused by the venue, vendors, staff, officiants, guests, or other guest photography. The Content Creator shall also not be held responsible for any reduction in image quality caused by the use of flash or other lighting sources introduced by external parties.
This clause is binding and enforceable as part of the content creation service agreement.
Copyright and Licensing
PKay Trubger Content Creator retains copyright to all images under UK law. Clients receive a personal-use license, permitting reproduction and sharing of images for non-commercial purposes with appropriate credit. This license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: stock photography, print sale profits or resale of any nature. Commercial use or resale of images requires written permission from the Content Creator.
The Content Creator reserves the right to use images for marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes. Clients wishing to restrict usage must negotiate and purchase full rights prior to signing the booking form / contract. The client agrees to grant permission to by PKay Trubger Content Creator to use photographs and footage taken of the client for use on social media, website and/or portfolios. the client hereby waives any right to inspect or approve the finished Content Creator or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to the client or unknown, and the client waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photograph/ footage. The Content Creator (by PKay Trubger Content Creator, Phavinee Klongjing) reserves all the rights to choose which photographs/ footage will display on by PKay Trubger Photography & Content Creator website and social media.
Artistic Style and Image Editing
Clients acknowledge that they have reviewed the Content Creator’s portfolio and agree to the artistic style.
The client acknowledge and agreeing to grant the Content Creator, the creative freedom to capture an artistic representation of their day as the Content Creator choose, understanding that no two events will look the same and that by PKay TrubgerContent Creator's photographic/ filming style is constantly evolving. The Content Creator style is largely reportage based. Please be advised that each Content Creator possesses their own distinct working style and approach, which is shaped by their personal experiences. Artistic and creativity licence is at the discretion of the Content Creator. Therefore we do not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement. Please also note that the number of photographs and footage is also impacted by weather conditions and the willingness of subjects. The Content Creator shall be granted artistic licence in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used. The Content Creator judgement regarding the location, poses and number of photographs and footage taken shall be deemed correct. Photographs and footages taken during the course of a booking will be at the discretion of The Content Creator although best endeavours will be made to comply with The Couples requirements. The Content Creator shall endeavour to photograph and film all subject matter as requested by The Couple during the booking, but no responsibility will be taken by The Content Creator should the subject matter not be available or willing at the time of the booking, or due to other factors such as available time and/or location of the subject matter or The Content Creator(s). The Content Creator movements are sometimes restricted due to, for example but not necessarily limited to, infrastructure, highways, weather, private property, obstacles (fixed and mobile), security, local law enforcement, emergency services and instructions from The Couple. The area from which The Content Creator are able to cover the booking may not be The Content Creator choice and The Content Creator cannot accept responsibility for any obstructed view should this be the case. Our responsibility lies in providing documentary-style services that capture the natural unfolding of your wedding day. While we strive to accommodate your specific shot requests and preferences, it is crucial to acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the fulfilment of every requested shot. In the event that a particular shot is not achieved, missed, or not taken, or if your family does not appear smiling or happy, we cannot be held accountable for any resulting dissatisfaction or adverse outcomes. The Content Creator shall endeavour to capture all the moments throughout the day as they occur, however, because of the dynamic nature of events, some moments might not be recorded.
Our prices are transparently presented and communicated to you prior to your commitment. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the stated prices. We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided, regardless of any perceived dissatisfaction with the outcome.
Delivery and Storage of Images
PKay Trubger Photography shall provide the Wedding Client with only the final edited digital files in JPEG format. Under no circumstances shall PKay Trubger Photography provide unedited RAW files.
Services
The Content Creator agrees to provide the following services:

Capture behind-the-scenes, real-time content using a smartphone (including but not limited to short-form video clips, candid moments, and trending audio-based snippets) on the date of the Client’s wedding.

Edit and deliver a pre-agreed number of short-form content pieces within 48 hours after the wedding event.
Note: This is not traditional photography or videography. All content is filmed and edited for social media and digital platforms, primarily in vertical orientation.
Gallery Delivery
-
The RAW unedited footages and content will be delivered via a downloadable link or shared folder (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer) within 48 hours of the event.
-
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or conditions beyond the reasonable control of PKay Trubger Content Creator, including but not limited to technical issues, such as problems with internet connectivity, or if the event takes place in a remote location, the delivery time may extend to a maximum of 1 week from the original delivery date.
-
The Client acknowledges that such delays may occur due to factors outside the control of PKay Trubger Content Creator and agrees that no liability will be incurred by PKay Trubger Content Creator for any delay caused by these circumstances.

PKay Trubger Content Creator will notify the Client promptly in case of any delays and will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact on the delivery schedule.

RAW unedited images delivery in JPEG format, footage depends on equipment (includes but not limited to mp4, mov format)
Gallery Access and Download Period

a. Online galleries will be available for download for a period of 2 weeks, depending on the package purchased.
-
b. Once the gallery expires, reactivation or re-uploading of the gallery will incur a fee of £75. The reactivated gallery will remain live for an additional 2 weeks.

c. If an extension beyond this period is required, a charge of £20 per month will apply.
Image Storage Policy

a. RAW unedit images and footage files will be retained for a period of 3 months from the date of the event or session.
-
b. Beyond these timeframes, PKay Trubger Photography is not liable for the storage, retrieval, or continued availability of any images and footage.
USB Delivery and Liability

a. USB sticks purchased separately will be provided in fully operational condition.
-
b. The client must report any issues with the USB stick within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
-
c. Due to the inherent nature of digital technology, PKay Trubger Content creator is not responsible for the long-term functionality, potential failures, or lifespan of digital media after delivery.
-
d. PKay Trubger Content creator is not liable for any future changes in digital technology, software, or media readers that may render USB sticks unreadable. It is the client's responsibility to transfer and back up digital files to alternative storage as necessary.
Client Responsibility for Images and footages Backup

a. Upon delivery of the digital files via the online gallery, the client acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to promptly download, back up, and protect their contents.

b. An aftercare advice page is available with backup recommendations to assist clients in preserving their files.
Limitation of Liability

a. After the 3 months storage period has elapsed, PKay Trubger Content creator is released from any liability regarding the storage, loss, or provision of images.
-
b. By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to waive any claims or legal action against PKay Trubger Content creator relating to the loss, data storage, or provision of wedding or photoshoot images following the expiration of the agreed-upon storage period.
Can my wedding suppliers use your contents?
Of course they can, for third party usage whether they are your florist, makeup artist or venue, I'm completely happy for them to do so as it's take team to make wedding. They are allowed to share your wedding contents. If you have already provide me with their IG link in your wedding details questionnaire, I be in touch with them and will send them a link to your content gallery.
****Please let your suppliers know that, if they would like some contents from your gallery to either publish on their social media/ website/ marketing etc. They will have to contact me (Content creator) directly to sign my suppliers image usage agreement, that way I can add your suppliers to your gallery link. They will received better quality images.***
Limitation of Liability
by PKay Trubger Content creator recommended that you take out wedding insurance. by PKay Trubger Photography shall have no liability for any third party (product or service) whatsoever, regardless of cause, even if it has been recommended by us. In the case of unsatisfactory outcome of your wedding contents, by PKay Trubger Photography will not be liable to any client unsatisfactory compensation. We will not be liable to give our client any refund due to unsatisfactory outcome for the work we have already carried out.
Acceptance
By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined above. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to signing, and I agree that failure to comply with these terms may result in forfeiture of services and associated payments.
